Bill joined Cidel in 2005. He is chairman of Cidel’s asset allocation committee, a member of the investment committee, and head of the multi-asset class team. His responsibilities include managing a range of discretionary portfolios and investment products and liaising with clients.

Prior to joining Cidel, Bill worked with UBS Canada where he served as a director and portfolio manager for high-net-worth clients. He was also deputy head of the UBS Canadian Equity team. He also held an advisory role for offshore clients, for whom he provided advice on asset allocation, portfolio construction and security selection.

Bill is a CFA® Charterholder and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) designation. He is a member of the Toronto CFA Society, the CFA Institute and the CAIA Association.
