Ethan Lear joined Cidel in 2026 and supports the Ultra High Net Worth team as a Portfolio Analyst. In this role, he assists with portfolio analysis, reporting, investment research, and the development of customized wealth management solutions for high-net-worth clients.

He has three years of previous experience in wealth management. Prior to joining Cidel, Ethan worked for one of Canada’s largest financial institutions, where he supported wealth management and investment advisory teams.

Ethan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Guelph and a Master of Finance from Queen’s University.
