Mark Biderman joined Cidel in 2013. He is responsible for the operations of Cidel Trust Company as well as new business initiatives. Mark also acts as in-house corporate counsel and taxation law specialist at Cidel.

In 2025, Mark was recognized as the first-ever individual ranked in the Chambers and Partners 2025 High Net Worth Guide for Private Banking.

Prior to joining Cidel, Mark was a lawyer in the tax group at Goodmans LLP. He has authored several tax articles with a particular focus on international taxation law.

He holds a BA (Honours) from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario, and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.

Mark is a member of the board of directors of Camp Solelim and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
