Milaine Theriault joined Cidel in 2026 and is responsible for preparing strategic financial plans that simplify complexity and empower clients to achieve their goals with confidence. She is a Certified Financial Planner with over 15 years of experience in banking and wealth management and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Financial Services from Mount Royal University.

Her approach is holistic, integrating investments, cash flow, insurance, tax, retirement, and estate strategies into comprehensive plans. A three-time Olympian in cross-country skiing, she spent 12 years on the Canadian national team and continues to volunteer in the sport as a nationally certified technical delegate.
